We operate from our friendly
offices at 1-318 Western Hills Drive in Whangarei.

Robin Littlejohn - Director
Born and bred in Northland, Robin
entered the building industry in October 1974, in Whangarei, beginning
his 9000 hr apprenticeship for carpentry in commercial building. In
1979 Robin moved to Australia, where he worked as a qualified builder on
a number of commercial and housing projects, later returning back to
Whangarei, New Zealand.
Robin continued to further
his building career working in Whangarei until he decided it was time to
go out on his own. Robin began his own company in 1998 and has
continued to grow over the years, securing himself a well respected,
reputation within the building industry in particular, the high end
architecturally designed homes. |

Brian Morgan - Quantity
Surveyor / Estimator
Brian has recently joined
the Rob Littlejohn Builders Team in a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator role
and will also be involved with project management on larger projects.
Brian, who is a born and bred Northlander from Dargaville has moved
north with his young family after spending the last 14 years in Auckland
working for main contractors – E.P Maddren, Haydn & Rollett and most
recently Watts & Hughes Construction. Brian completed his NZCQS at
Northtec and Waikato Tech and has been a quantity surveyor on a variety
of projects in Auckland and Northland ranging from $10,000 to
$10,000,000. |

Ben Wilkinson - Site
Supervisor
Ben
has been with the Rob Littlejohn Builders team for 11 years and provides
extensive experience in commercial, multi residential and high spec
architectural projects. Ben has been in the building and construction
industry for 28 years and is currently supervising a small commercial
build at Portland.

Laurie Whitelaw - Site
Supervisor
Laurie joined Rob Littlejohn Builders 10 years ago as a Trade certified
carpenter. His capabilities have seen him progress into a site
supervisor role with the ability to manage large architectural projects.
Laurie is currently supervising a $1 million dollar new build home at
Waipu.

Mark Olsen - Site Supervisor
Mark joined the Rob Littlejohn Builder team late 2006 with a strong
background in commercial and infrastructure projects. Mark has
previously worked 3 years for New Plymouth based Whittaker Civil and 14
years for Whangrei based commercial construction company – Hill
Construction. Mark has 21 years industry experience and is currently
working on the remodel of the Kiwi House and Gecko Enclosure at Maunu.

Jane Squire - Office Manager
Jane has been with Rob Littlejohn Builders for 9 years now as office
manager, and over the years has implemented various accounting systems
to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Also from
Whangarei, Jane has built an excellent rapport with staff,
subcontractors and clients alike with her friendly demeanor. Jane
carries out all office duties for Rob Littlejohn Builders from
reception, payroll, accounts and liaising and invoicing of projects.
Jane started out her office career in the marine industry progressing to
the building industry in 1997. |
