Designed by Fearon & Hay of Auckland, this home features a magnificent entertainment area with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area surrounded by limitless views.

With automatic roller mesh blinds you choose how much of the breathtaking view you want.  Even with them down you can still make out the scenic outlines.

With many great features contained in one home, one of the first ones you notice as you drive in is the roofline.  The flat roof helps to blend the home into the countryside and allows you to drive in at roof level, without taking away the magnificent view.  You can then enter the home through a well designed step down entrance way. Taking in all the added features along the way, in particular the enormous shutter doors that overlay the glazed sliding doors for added feature and security.

As you step down the entry you will come across 2 purposely designed bunk rooms on the right, each containing 4 bunks, great for extended family and guests or the children and their friends.  Glance to the left and you will see the family entertainment room which also opens out the other side onto the paved outside area pictured above.
